The Grind and Brew intermediate course is designed to expand upon knowledge taught in our Brew and grind level 1 foundation. It is a two day course that includes that explores the world of grinding and brewing coffee consistently and professionally.

Again this is an amazing opportunity to work along side Gordon in the Attic and develop skills that are fine tuned to deliver that perfect brew every time in a commercial environment.

Training is on a one to one basis and is by appointment only

The distinction of having completed Brewing Level 2 – intermediate confirms that the certified person has a competency in the understanding of different brewing methods and how to prepare each method. He/she will understand the key determining factors of brewing coffee to the highest possible standard.
